Lawyer, LLM in European Law, Accredited Mediator

Marina Baltatzis

Marina is a graduate of the Law School of the University of Essex, UK, holding both an LLB degree and an LLM in European Law.

She became a member of the Athens Bar Association in 2001 and has been practicing as a lawyer ever since, with a specialization in Civil Law, particularly in the areas of Commercial Law, Contract Law, Intellectual and Property Law.

An experienced Accredited Mediator recognized by the Accreditation Committee of the Greek Ministry of Justice (Law 3898/2010), Marina has also honed her expertise through advanced mediation training, specifically in the nuanced areas of Banking and Family Law.

Throughout her career, Marina has provided legal advice and representation before Greek Civil and Administrative courts. She has worked with various companies and institutions in Greece and around the world, such as TT Hellenic Postbank SA in Greece and State Trustees & KJB Law Office in Australia.

She is fluent in Greek and English, and has a basic understanding of French.

Stamatina Papamichali

Stamatina Papamichali is a graduate of the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

She was admitted to the Athens Bar Association in 2012 and has worked ever since as an attorney specialised in Civil Law and mainly the areas of Family, Property, Cadastre and Inheritance Law.

She has extensive experience with all aspects of investing in real estate in Greece, including for the purpose of the Greek Golden Visa program, providing legal advice and assistance at all stages of the investment: from investment planning and implementation to dispute resolution.

For expats and Greek descendants, she handles legal matters such as family, estate and property, including acceptance of inheritance, transfer and management of real property and dispute resolution, as well as matters involving citizenship.

She’s registered as Legal Adviser to the Hellenic Cadastre since 2022.

She speaks fluently Greek, English, French and Polish.
